Can you believe we're almost ⅓ of the way through the Spring semester? Spring break and midterm season are quickly approaching. Lucky for you, we have a lot to look forward to! 

This month, we're thrilled to announce the first-ever Cross-Columbia GridTech Hackathon and to introduce your Spring 2026 Executive Board. We've also rounded up some exciting Columbia and NYC events you won't want to miss. Read on for all the details!

Cross-Columbia GridTech Hackathon

Excited about grid tech? Looking to build in the climate space but haven't found your co-founders yet? CEA is co-hosting the first-ever Cross-Columbia GridTech Hackathon with C2FM on April 2 & 3. Aspiring founders from technical, policy, and business programs across Columbia will come together to tackle real New York energy grid challenges on interdisciplinary teams and experience what it actually feels like to build with potential co-founders!

Columbia Climate School Inaugural Climate + Sustainability Career Expo

Columbia Climate School is hosting its first-ever Climate + Sustainability Career Expo, bringing together employers actively engaged in climate and sustainability challenges.
